Tasting Notes: The Vallisassoli 33/33/33 Bianco is an impressive white wine made from an equal blend of Fiano, Code di Volpe and Greco Bianco, thus the name. A touch of skin contact and two years aging in concrete creates a complex white full of depth, power and character. This is the only white wine they make, in fact the only other wine is a red only bottled in Magnum.
