Tasting Notes: Just in front of the cellars for Tenuta delle Terre Nere are Calderara Sottana vineyards with two parcels that have 120+ year old vines that survived phylloxera! Intense ruby red in color with mahogany hues. Complex on the nose with notes of wild flowers, red fruits and noble spices. Concentrated on the palate yet still balanced and elegant.
