Tasting Notes: 2020 is the inaugural vintage of Oddero's Monvigliero, from a parcel of the storied vineyard in Verduno that sits at 300 meters in altitude with a southern exposure. Fresh red berries on the nose are echoed on the palate with added layers of spice, white pepper and a whisp of sweet pipe tobacco. Tannins are mellowed from aging in 20 hl French oak barrels for 24 months.
