Estate History: The Noelia Ricci estate, part of the larger Pandolfa property, is located in the Predappio area within Emilia-Romagna, a region known as the heartland of quality Romagna Sangiovese production. Run by Paola Piscopo, the estate operates on principles of sustainability, actively pursuing organic certification to produce authentic expressions of the local terroir.
