Tasting Notes: The Fontanafredda Galarej is an explosion of aromas - limetree flowers, acacia, gooseberry and orange, mature peaches and plums. Sage, rosemary and multiflower honey are also present. On the palate the bubbles form a thick coating which soon melt into a felling of freshness and sweetness. Aftertaste is very long and dominated by an amazing taste of strawberries.
