Tasting Notes: Produced from 100% Coda di Volpe, the grapes were macerated on their skins for 30 days in a small concrete barrel. Then aged for two years in concrete and finally for just under one year in bottle before release. Only 444 bottles were produced in this vintage. The results are a wine with good depth, silk-like texture, herbal undertones, and hints of almond.
