Tasting Notes: Amerighi Stefano's Botte Secrete is a Sangiovese-based red wine that is part of the Vin Des Potes project. Stefano has vinified this wine in collaboration with sommelier friends Basile Passe and Yoan Tavares creators and creators of Le Vin des Potes, an organization that has managed to bring together 11 winemakers who all work with the same philosophy based on respect for mother nature, making their grapes in a natural way. Crunchy red fruit on the palate and some hints of fennel on the nose, best enjoyed now with a slight chill.
