Tasting Notes: On the nose it is fine and intense, aromatic with fruity and floral notes accompanied by toasted and spicy nuances that slowly reveal themselves in the glass. We find hints of dried apricot, yellow plum, citrus peel, and dates followed by floral nuances of broom and wildflowers and spicy and toasted notes of acacia, honey, hazelnuts and liquorice. On the palate it is fresh and structured with a pleasantly lively tannin mainly attributable to the presence of Albana among the varieties.
