Tasting Notes: The 2022 Susucau Rosato is a refreshing wine from a blend of Malvasia, Moscadella, Insolia and Nerello Mascalese. This is a “rosé” which can also be regarded as a light red, best served chilled slightly, it pairs well with a wide variety of dishes from roast turkey to rich cheeses.
