Tasting Notes: The Fatalone Primitivo Teres is from free-run must before pressing, with a fermentation in contact with the skins for 30 hours almost like for a rose wine, at controlled temperature with native yeasts. It dazzles with a sunset-red color, tending to ruby, a lively fruit-forward nose; balanced and very pleasant taste of cherry and berry fruits, and is rich in minerality and freshness. Serve slightly chilled.
