Tasting Notes: The Gallina vineyard produces lighter, more etheral wines and this is no exception. Bright fruit, soft tannins and a pleasant acidity coarse through the wine. Mint, sweet pipe tobacco and woodland berries all cascade into a lush finish marked by a hint of steely minerals.
Estate History: Cantino del Pino is a micro-estate established by the late Renato Vacca and today run by his widow, Franca, who prizes organic and low intervention winemaking.
