Tasting Notes: The Borgo Conventi Pinot Grigio is from the rolling hills of the Collio in Friuli. It is a pale straw yellow in color, with coppery highlights. On the nose it is fragrant, layered and concentrated with notes of ripe pear and spring flowers that unfold to reveal a subtle end note of baked bread. This elegant white is supple on the palate with a savory character. It is well balanced with a long finish.
