Tasting Notes: Bisson makes this incredible frizzante wine from Glera grapes from the Valdobbiadene appellation a range of steeply-sloped hillsides in the series of valleys ranging east from the village. Less sparkling than many Prosecco, but no less enjoyable, the green apple orchard flavors really shine in this shop-favorite. Try with hard cheeses, cured meats or just by itself for a festive toast.
