Tasting Notes: The Vignale di Cecilia Prosecco Brut is an organically farmed, naturally made expression of Glera from the Veneto hills. Bright pear notes on the nose, the perlage is gentle and coaxes more fruit out on the steely, mineral and earth-driven palate.
Estate History: Vignale di Cecilia is a small farm in the Euganean Hills, in Veneto, which has been operating since 1998. It is located in Baone, just below Monte Cecilia, and was founded by the young winemaker Paolo Brunello.
