Tasting Notes: The grapes for the Raccaro Friulano Vigna del Rolat are grown exclusively from the Rolat vineyard, in Cormons, in the province of Gorizia. The soil is composed of a combination of sandstone marls, locally called Ponka. The nose has intense aromas of chamomile and orange, white peach, and subtle saline notes. Silky on the palate with a mineral essence and a creamy texture that envelops the palate. This is the iconic expression of Friulano.
