Tasting Notes: The Montefili Bruno di Rocca is crafted from some of the winery’s oldest vines,showcasing how Cabernet Sauvignon can perform in the soils of Panzano. The blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Sangiovese is aged 28 months in mostly tonneau (95%) with some in barriques (5%). Thanks to the estate’s high altitude and galestro soils, Bruno di Rocca is known for its extreme freshness, agebility and complexity.
