Tasting Notes: The Manuel Marinacci Barbaresco Rocche Massalupo is is a rarity in Barbaresco, with only 500 cases made, from the tiny Rocche Massalupo MGA in the little known Barbaresco village of San Rocco Seno d’Elvio, just outside Alba. The wine is powerful and dark, with spicy elements on the nose and palate, and a brisk swash of acidty, beautiful purity of fruit and an elegant and extended finish.
