Tasting Notes: Mosnel’s Brut Nature is blended traditionally with organically farmed, hand-harvested Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Pinot Noir grapes. This Franciacorta is generous with its toasty mouth-feel and high-toned crisp finish. Notes of honeycrisp apple, hawthorne, and hints of iodine are also present but the peralage of the bubbles give this bottle its identity.
