Tasting Notes: The Divella Gussago Blanc de Blancs is bright and thirst quenching, a 100% Chardonnay Franciacorta enchants with invigorating acidity and a clean, mineral-driven finish. Aged 33 months on the lees, it offers richness without weight—an ideal match for fresh seafood or festive toasts.
Estate History: At just twenty-nine-years old, Alessandra Divella is making waves (and great wine!) quickly finding her way to crafting wines that speak to Champagne but with an Italian flair. Her two hectares of organic vines in Franciacorta, Lombardia’s sparkling wine region, are teeming with life (think: rosehips and praying mantises). Grapes are hand harvested and gently pressed. The bubbles are fine, the nose elegant with hints of baked bread, and the finish austere and mineral driven.
