Savory on the palate with apple and pear orchard fruits marked by a mineral edge, the wie becomes more rich with time in the glass. Classic notes of hazelnut show on the long, taut finish.
Estate History: The story of Ca' del Bosco begins in the mid-1960s when, in Erbusco, Franciacorta, Annamaria Clementi Zanella bought a small house on a hill, locally known as "Ca' del bosc" because it was surrounded by dense chestnut trees. The Ca' del Bosco fairytale is written in its wines, in the extensive weave of its vineyards, in the success dreamt of, desired and achieved by its author. Maurizio Zanella realized the potential of the land and has driven the estate to become the foremost producer of Franciacorta.
