Tasting Notes: The Colombaio di Cencio Montelodoli is a pure expression of Sangiovese. In the glass it has a ruby-red color, full mouthfeel that remains fresh and bright, the nose is intense, with red fruits and spices, mineral notes and well-toasted and balanced wood. On the palate it immediately shows its beautiful structure, it’s harmonious, ripe, with good fruit, very persistent.
