Tasting Notes: The Porta del Vento Bianco Frizzante Voria is a Pet Nat style sparkling wine obtained from Catarratto grapes grown organically / biodynamically and harvested by hand in small boxes. Refermented in the bottle with addition of must to the base wine. Unfiltered and not disgorged, with the presence of bottled yeasts. Citrus and yeasty on the nose with white flowers in the background, the palate has some orchard fruit, pears, apples, and mineral notes.
