Estate History: VikeVike is the personal project of Simone Sedilesu, a young winemaker born into a family with deep roots in the viticultural traditions of Mamoiada. By prioritizing organic farming and minimal intervention in the cellar, Sedilesu aims to highlight the specific character of individual vineyard plots, known locally as Ghiradas, to showcase the distinct terroir of central Sardinia.
