The estate, established by Giuseppe Pagano, operates on principles of sustainability and biodynamic farming, creating a closed-circle agricultural ecosystem. This holistic approach integrates organic vineyards, olive groves, and water buffalo farming to produce wines that are an authentic expression of the unique Mediterranean terroir of the region.
