Tasting Notes: Rivella Serafino is a cult producer working out of the Montestefano cru in Barbaresco proper. Cherry, lavender and rose petal all jump from the glass. Once open, lovely depth, soft tannins and a touch of richness found in this cru all come together in an elegant and expressive wine. The small production is typically quickly snapped up by serious Piemonte wine lovers.
