Tasting Notes: The Capichera Lintori is a perfect example of Vermentino from Sardegna. An elegant straw yellow with greenish highlights in the glass. Intense and fragrant aromatics with notes of exotic fruits, lichee, pineapple,quince and herbs. Fruity, fresh, savory with a pleasant citrus and mineral finish and excellent overall balance.
Estate History: The Capichera estate is a family-owned winery located in the municipality of Arzachena, in the heart of the Gallura region of Sardinia. The Ragnedda family, owners of the estate, were pioneers in recognizing the potential of the native Vermentino grape, initiating the first single-varietal vinification of this grape in the late 1970s. Through decades of dedication and innovation, Capichera has established itself as one of Sardinia's most prestigious producers, renowned for crafting wines that express the unique character of the Gallura terroir.
