Tasting Notes: The Caparsa Chianti Classico is produced from Sangiovese grapes harvested by hand in the vineyards of Caparsa and is mainly matured in cement containers but can also be aged in oak barrels, more or less for a long time according to the indications of the vintage. It can be bottled in different lots. The particularly fresh exposure of Caparsa produces a fresh and fine wine even in very hot vintages.This authentic and fine Chianti Classico di Radda is excellent for its quality/price ratio. The design of the label comes from the book "Veglie a Porcignano" written by Prof. Reginaldo Cianferoni, founder of Caparsa, illustrating a farmer contemplating a bunch of grapes.
