Tasting Notes: The Le Battistelle Soave Classico Montesi is a pale straw yellow color. This aromatic white wine displays a full range of ripe fruit and white flowers characteristics. On the palate, the fruity, elegant nuances are stylishly intertwined with a lively minerality. Full of energy and flavor, this is offset by a refreshing acidity to give a balanced finish. The Montesei wine is made from small vineyards in the Soave Classico DOC, where it is impossible to machine-harvest the grapes and where the Garganega variety has been grown for many, many years.
