The estate was founded by Manfredi Martini and his wife Fortunata in 1950, and today it remains a small, family-run operation led by their daughter Rosella and her husband Florio Guerrini. Operating as a "closed cycle" farm, the family adheres to strict biodynamic principles, producing only about 10,000 bottles annually from their tiny 2.5-hectare vineyard. Their commitment to traditional winemaking—using indigenous yeasts and aging in large Slavonian oak casks—ensures that each bottle serves as a pure, soulful homage to Tuscan heritage.
